Sadly we can no longer answer the 250+ emails that we receive each week (sniffle). If only there were more hours in the day! Happily, we’ve added these handy links to direct you to many of the answers you seek:

- If you have a specific decorating question please visit our Project page for free advice as we’re buried in emails and unfortunately can’t respond to questions that specifically pertain to your house (no matter how quick they are). So sorry!
- If you’d like to hire us for decorating help, we apologize but we’re not currently taking on clients. But we’ll definitely make a big blog announcement when we are!
- If you’d like to submit a general decorating question (ex: should loveseats and sofas always match?) to be considered for a Burning Question poll (like this), please note that we can’t respond but we do our best to select the most commonly asked questions.
- If you’re wondering if we’ve tackled a certain project, please visit our Project page or search our site. If you don’t find it, chances are we haven’t taken it on (ex: laying a patio, hanging crown molding) … yet!
- To submit before & after pics to be considered for a Reader Redesign, please send no more than 5 photos with a brief project description (along with details like paint colors, etc). By submitting your photos you’re granting us permission to use them unless otherwise stated in your initial email. With over 50 submissions a week we can’t post them all, but we still enjoy every single entry!
- To learn where we got something in our home, here’s a room by room source list and here’s a roundup of our favorite places to shop for everything from rugs to accessories.
- If you’re digging an item in our house that’s no longer available, check our Amazon store for a few look-alikes (along with our favorite cookbooks, appliances, cleaning products, accessories, decor, TV shows, mags, cookware, eco-bags, make-up & more).
- If you’re curious about a few other things, please check if we’ve answered your question on our FAQ page (from how we became full time bloggers to if we still sell monogram art, it’s very thorough).
- To submit your casa for a possible House Crashing tour (see examples here) please send some photos along with your location. If we’re ever in the neighborhood we’ll try to arrange a meet-up (we usually feature homes that we personally photograph ourselves).
