Fab Freebie: The Target Lady

I love today. Not just because it’s my 29th birthday, but because we are giving away a gift card to (drumroll, por favor)… TARGET!

We don’t really need to waste time reminding you guys how much we love Target (we’ve got about a million posts like this and this to prove it). I even created this graphic to try to convey how excited we are:

And while I always love a good opportunity to reference SNL’s Target Lady, this time I’m going to mention a different woman paired up with the red bullseye: HGTV’s Sabrina Soto. Sabrina is Target’s “Style Expert for Home,” which means she’s serving up design tips to to those of us who like affordable Tar-jay wares and coming home to a stylish space. She’s even got a bunch of tip-filled videos over on Target’s styleboutique blog.

    I love Target and I’m in there all the time, so it’s hard to pick a favorite item I’ve bought there. But I will have to say my yellow flowered Dwell pillow. It makes me happy every time I see it.

    I’m a Target lady!! No really, I am. I love that place and every time I go I end up spending too much money because there’s just so much cute stuff there! My favorite thing I’ve gotten from Target is probably our writing desk. Really affordable, and very nice quality! I’d love this gift card.

    I’m a Target Lady!! I love my jeweled mint tin I found on clearance for $1.25. I was drawn to it from the clearance section and the sparkle demanded a purchase. All my breath mints go in this tin…so chic.

    Im a target lady! I cant think of anything off the top of my head, but its my favorite store and I get stuff there all the time. My favorite is going the day after christmas and getting decorations half off, last year I got mercury candle holders (that dont look christmas-ish) I think they were 6.50 each.

    Right now I’m really digging the John Derian geranium leaf pattern storage bins that came out recently. I raided three stores and took them all (sorry, locals). It’s a nice row of greenery along the top of all my bookshelves!

    Probably the mirrored lamps in our master bedroom. I walked in ready to pay $60 each and they were on clearance for $40! I think I’ll have them in our home ’til they break. Love them.

    I love their clothes, I love their bedding, I love their lamps and decor. As a graduation gift to myself I bought theese gorgeous high end (looking) dishes. Our main wedding registry was at target. They are awesome!

    I’m a Target lady! Target was my go-to store when my husband and I were newly married. In an effort to transform our new house into a cozy newlywed haven, I bought as much as I could from Target…virtually every plate, appliance, candle, ottoman, blanket, curtain, etc! I’ve recently started shopping for new furniture online and am thrilled with the variety of great looking, low cost options!

    I’M A TARGET LADY! my favorite thing right now is the $20 flannel sheets I scored just the other day. They have snowflakes on them, and they are as soft as the very pricy alternatives. It makes it hard to get motivated to get out of bed in the morning, I tell ya.

    I am DEFINITELY a TARGET LADDDDAY!
    LOVE LOVE LOVE me some Tar-Jay! My favorite purchase would have to be our Faux Leather ottoman (Ha! is that even spelled correctly?!) anyways so functional wtih storage space and our little guy, when he falls into it we dont cringe like we would if we had a wooden one.

    We have a fantastic set of latte bowls that I use for drinking tea. They’re discontinued now but I always get compliments on them and they make so stinkin happy when I use them.

    I’M A TARGET LADY!

    I love everything I get at Target, but my favorite items are probably my lamps and lamp shades. I have a white lampshade with a black damask pattern on the inside, a white textured drum shade that looks like it’s made of ribbon, and a pewter pharmacy desk lamp that I use for my turtle’s heat bulb.
