I love today. Not just because it’s my 29th birthday, but because we are giving away a gift card to (drumroll, por favor)… TARGET!

I’m a Target Lady! Big time! I get picked on actually, lol. I can’t resist the girls clothes, anything with ruffles and fabric flowers. I’ve also been picking up similar items for myself. I would also have to say my favorites are the play wonder toys. And anything for the home, pillows, etc…I can resist any of it. I also have a small wallet lol, so I could use $100 to finish up Christmas shopping for my 3 kids!

I’m a target lady! And happy birthday John!! I think my favorite item is a lamp I got when I went to college. The shade is made from thin veneer, so the woodgrain shows through when the light is turned on. I’m sure it’s not everyone’s taste, but I like the look of the woodgrain against the brushed stainless steel base.

Anyhoo, my favorite target purchase are their little black magnetic birds (they also come with tacks so I have them hanging on my cubicle wall). I just love these birds, and I love any chance to bring a little scandenavian decor to my cube! Here is a link to the birds, they would go nicely with your wall flowers. :)

My favorite item that I’ve scored at Target is a damask shimmer gold/black cube ottoman. Not only did it cost just $49, but it also can be a vintage, chic, or modern accessory depending on which chair and textiles I pair it with. I currently have it in the corner of my bedroom paired with a solid black lounge chair. There is nothing better than kicking my feet up and enjoying a cup of hot chocolate and romance novel. My most favorite thing I ever bought at target is a blue and green fleece plaid scarf (like 5 years ago). It is the softest scarf and it is made in Germany. I also get compliments on it all the time. My mother-in-law must have felt bad for me and my target scarf because she bought me a cashmere scarf with similar colors, but my target scarf is still my favorite!
