I love today. Not just because it’s my 29th birthday, but because we are giving away a gift card to (drumroll, por favor)… TARGET!

My favorite Target find is a set of six medium seagrass baskets that were somehow (and I still think mistakenly) on sale for $7.50 each when they were originally $18. Talk about savings! What would’ve been a $108 purchase was a mere $45. When combined with a few DIY chalkboard signs and twine I had Pottery Barn Style on a budget for my laundry room! Score!

My favorite purchase, where do I begin, I’m there all of the time! I guess I would have to say all of the designer Victoria Hagen’s purchases I made there when they carried her line, candle holders, throw pillows, a side table. Loved it, wish they would bring it back.

OK, So I really am a Target Lady. Literally. I work at the Starbucks in Target, and occassinally if we’re slow and they’re slammed they pull us out to cashier. And every time, I am always like ‘oooohhh…we have that? are there more? i better get it on my break’ ‘oooohhhhh…..toilet pater must be on sale, since the last 12 guests just bought it’, ‘ooohhh, hummus, i love hummus…what aisle did you get that in?’ I am, I realize, ridiculous, but it is fun.
My best score at Target? I have MANY since I have discount, plus coupons, plus can see when a lot goes on clearance.
But my favorite is my Giada DiLaurentis Dutch Oven. It was like $90, but I think I paid like between $40 and $45 for it!

The best thing I ever scored from target was a bookcase, it was on sale for $50. It isn’t your typical bookcase, in that it doesn’t have a back, and it’s all geometric and stuff. It was the perfect piece for our living room!
