I love today. Not just because it’s my 29th birthday, but because we are giving away a gift card to (drumroll, por favor)… TARGET!

And while I always love a good opportunity to reference SNL’s Target Lady, this time I’m going to mention a different woman paired up with the red bullseye: HGTV’s Sabrina Soto. Sabrina is Target’s “Style Expert for Home,” which means she’s serving up design tips to to those of us who like affordable Tar-jay wares and coming home to a stylish space. My favorite item that I have purchased from Target is by far the set of banana leaf storage baskets I got a few weeks ago. We took the doors off of our linen closet but the shelves were not looking very neat and organized…enter the baskets. A VAST improvement…and lovely to look at too!

I am a Target Lady. In my town it’s either Target or Wal-mart (po-dunk Montana has slim pickins for shopping). Even though Wal-Mart is a super Wal-Mart, I choose Target every time!
Most recently, my favorite purchase is my “fairy lights”, I mean my outdoor string lights that look like lotus flowers. My favorite thing is to sit on my back porch once it’s dark and look at the beautiful lights strung across my porch. Let’s just call it my happy place!

My recent great find though, was a new vacuum cleaner for 12 bucks!
