Fab Freebie: The Target Lady

I love today. Not just because it’s my 29th birthday, but because we are giving away a gift card to (drumroll, por favor)… TARGET!

We don’t really need to waste time reminding you guys how much we love Target (we’ve got about a million posts like this and this to prove it). I even created this graphic to try to convey how excited we are:

And while I always love a good opportunity to reference SNL’s Target Lady, this time I’m going to mention a different woman paired up with the red bullseye: HGTV’s Sabrina Soto. Sabrina is Target’s “Style Expert for Home,” which means she’s serving up design tips to to those of us who like affordable Tar-jay wares and coming home to a stylish space. She’s even got a bunch of tip-filled videos over on Target’s styleboutique blog.

    Favorite purchase…a few Liberty of London accessories last spring. Loved that line! Just wish I’d been able to find the cruiser bike, it was so dreamy.

    I’m a TARGET LADY! My favorite purchase ever at target was my living room decor…two blue living room pillows and a chunky knit blanket that changed the way I took afternoon naps and blue curtains that get me a compliment everytime somebody walks in my door..:)

    My favorite thing I scored there was a brand new Christmas tree (reg price $250) and ALL new tree decorations for $100. Total. I know, right? Can’t wait to put them all up next week. I’ve been dying all year!

    My favorite deals I have gotten at Target are my slippers I bought for $4 after Christmas last year and Black dress I bought years ago for $8. Love hitting the clearance at the end of a season.

    BTW Happy 29th Birthday. Happy to see that we share the same birthday. I am celebrating my 35th today.

    I’m a Target Lady! I can’t leave that place without spending about 5 times what I intended to! My favorite ever buy was a little matching gray skirt and top from the Merona brand. It had the most perfect dressy sheen to it, and was to my 15 year old (at the time) self very chic. Alas, it went to Goodwill a long time ago!

    I’m a Target lady!

    I got a beautiful, funky gold decorative Christmas tree with little buds all over it recently. My description is not really doing it justice but trust me it is awesome.

    I’M A TARGET LADY! I’m in love with an awesome/funky/contemporary tablecloth that I picked up last year. It totally became the design inspiration for my living room. Definitely rocking some lime green accents, even in November.

    I love Target and pretty much everything I get there from clothes to electronics and obviously decor! They are affordable and have lots to offer from trendy items to classics that will never go out of style!
    I can almost always find what I’m looking for at Target!

    I’m a Target lady! I love Target’s $1 letter files – I use them to organize my bills until I’m ready to shred them. (Yes, I still believe in paper bills – who doesn’t want their proof handy at 2 a.m. when they can’t go to sleep because they are questioning something and the Internet is down?)

    I have a great metal tray that was marked down to three dollars…it works as a tray, a serving bowl, and a multitude of other things. Use it all the time.

    I’m a TARGET LADY. I refashion a lot of 75% off clothing with out target my wardrobe would be a lot less colorful. We also just bought a house and its our go to store for cheap stylish accessories.

    I am a TARGET LADY! The best thing I have ever found there is out hinged brown leather ottoman. We live in small cottage on a lot of acreage, so this is perfect for us! We store things inside and in a pinch it is additional seating and can double as a coffee table! Plus it was only $80!!

    I’M A TARGET LADY!!!

    Favorite thing we ever scored from target was a cool geometric little trendy shelf thingy that was a perfect wall decoration with these tiny glass vases we (randomly) got as a wedding gift. Then we accidentally knocked it down one day and broke it so it won’t hang on the wall anymore. And now it is the PERFECT size and shape to be a tiny toddler-sized bookshelf for our daughter’s books in our family room! The gift that keeps on giving… :)
