I love today. Not just because it’s my 29th birthday, but because we are giving away a gift card to (drumroll, por favor)… TARGET!

which I got for $100 less than the listed price, thanks to an awesome on-line special they were running the week I bought it! I don’t think of $329 as a terrific bargain, but to me this looks like a $600 chair. It’s even prettier in person, makes my other furniture look better, AND…it’s actually comfortable. I think I have a crush on my chair. :P Thanks Target!

Anywho, now that THAT’S out of the way, “I am a Target Lady!” Omg, I love that store. My husband actually says I suffer from a rare and debilitating disease caused by Target called “Shiny Object Syndrome” where I go in there claiming to get these “one or two things” and then suddenly, once I have the cart in my hand and am strolling each aisle (and of course checking the end of the aisles where the sales always are) I am pulling item after item into my cart, screaming about what a deal it is and he’s crying and clutching his wallet! You should hear him talk about it. He really believes it’s a disease!
I can’t pick my one favorite purchase/deal from Target because I love the whole damn store! It makes me happy, especially those fab dollar bins! I could be a really, really happy person if I won that $100 gift card! Christmas is pretty much not happening this year due to our financial situation (I’m telling you, Shiny Object Syndrome is REAL people!) and having a “free” $100 would help!
