I love today. Not just because it’s my 29th birthday, but because we are giving away a gift card to (drumroll, por favor)… TARGET!

I had had my eye on an adorable end table for weeks, then one day while cruising the aisles I found said table on clearance because it had a scratch on the edge. I brought home the little guy for only $30 bucks, versus the suggested retail value of $90. I just used a brown markup believe it or not & poof! scratched edge is nowhere to be seen!!

I love everything I’ve purchased from Target starting with my Bay Shore Collection Half Moon/ round hall table to my Delano desk to my faux leather storage ottoman; it’s all stylish and in perfect proportion for my living space, not to mention affordable and I even had a coupon. I’m a Target Lady! I was wandering the aisles 3 years ago and found an inflatable, 10 foot pool for $30 on clearance! It came with a pump, cover, and is still going strong after 3 summers on our back patio. It especially came in handy during my pregnancy last summer!

And are you seriously expecting me to narrow it down to just ONE awesome deal I got at Target??? :-P I love my silver snowflake dishes I got on clearance one year so much that I have paid full price to add pieces the last couple years (hoping to score the new creamer and sugar bowl I saw this year).
My son loves his 3 baseball beanbag chairs that were clearanced from $30 to $5, and then we got them to take an additional 15% off because they were pretty dirty (but I got them clean with little effort).

The best thing I bought was a beautiful support our troops christmas ornament for my fiance and I’s first Christmas Tree. He’s a former Marine and we did our first Christmas Tree in Red, White and Blue. It was very affordable, stylish and functional!

Oh my gosh – “I’M A TARGET LADY” and then some. Since the economy has hit us pretty hard, we have to stay away from the store, just so we don’t leave with things we don’t REALLY need. One of my favorite Target finds were our placemats! Our dishes are black, white and silver & our napkins are black, however, our dining room isn’t black OR white. So we found a wonderful silvery-grey placemat that looks amazing on our table. Love them!

I hit up Target almost everyday. I always check out all the inside end isle displays-that’s where the awesome clearance stuff is.
I buy almost everything from there so it’s hard to narrow down my favorite thing. So I will go with a couple of my good deals:
$1.49 for a Tavern Lady costume (AKA a Beer Wench)
$1.29 for my dog’s Ram costume (wish I could post pictures here, if I win I will send you the picture)
Also I had bought a $60 twin bed set for my first daughter and when daughter number two came around, grew out of a crib and shared a room with daughter #1 I found a matching set for only $17.59!!!! Loved it!
