I love today. Not just because it’s my 29th birthday, but because we are giving away a gift card to (drumroll, por favor)… TARGET!

Right now my favorite thing I scored at Target is a durable, plastic tray that has a great design on it. I use it for my elementary after school cooking class to keep ingredients on – the kids understand that everything STAYS on the tray and it keeps them focused and in control, and VERY stylish! It rocks!

I am the kind of person that always enters target with a list but always leaves Target with an entire cart full of more items than were on my list, all of which are things I absolutely love. But I think the best thing I’ve bought are the curtains in my living room. They look like they were made specifically for it, colors, pattern, texture, and all. I get so many compliments and love the look on people’s faces when I reveal that they are from Target. :-)

This is my first time entering one of your give-aways so I hope that I am doing it properly.
I AM A TARGET LADY. One of the best items that I scored at Target was an outdoor wicker sofa, with a cushion, for less than $80.00. I purchased it a couple of years ago on sale and have yet to find another one anywhere for that price. I keep it in my bedroom as a place to sit when I am reading. I love this purchase because it was affordable and is proving to be both stylish and functional.

We live about 45 min. from the nearest Target (a big change from living 5 min. away just a few years ago!) I now treasure the visits… a stroll through the $1 Spot always ends successfully! Cute and fun little tops and shoes, fun new (cheap!) outfits for the wee one, and after checking out… the joy of a Starbucks smoothie or apple cider for the ride home. Bliss!
SO, my favorite find (of many favs) would have to be the snazzy little holiday nesting bowls found in a post-Christmas clearance visit. My gal pal and I saw them and said, “Eeee, cute little bowls!” (Does anyone else react to cute bowls like that? Crate and Barrel is another spot for cute and highly necessary snazzy bowls!)
