Fab Freebie: The Target Lady

I love today. Not just because it’s my 29th birthday, but because we are giving away a gift card to (drumroll, por favor)… TARGET!

We don’t really need to waste time reminding you guys how much we love Target (we’ve got about a million posts like this and this to prove it). I even created this graphic to try to convey how excited we are:

And while I always love a good opportunity to reference SNL’s Target Lady, this time I’m going to mention a different woman paired up with the red bullseye: HGTV’s Sabrina Soto. Sabrina is Target’s “Style Expert for Home,” which means she’s serving up design tips to to those of us who like affordable Tar-jay wares and coming home to a stylish space. She’s even got a bunch of tip-filled videos over on Target’s styleboutique blog.

    I’m a Target Woman! There are many things I love about the superstore, but my all time fave is the bedding my guestroom. I used it in graduate school and still love it 5 years later.

    My house is currently very stocked with Target decor. My favorite, though, would be the bookcase currently in my guest room. Love it.

    IM A TARGET LADY!
    My very favorite thing I EVER got from Target was a $7 pair of nude, kitten-heeled, flip-flops. I wore them till the heels fell off. Then I repaired the heels and wore them till the soles wore through. Then I repaired them and wore them till the straps broke. LOVED. THOSE. SHOES.!

    I’m a Target lady!! For sure! Oh how I could count the favorite things I’ve gotten from Target! Probably the best was the Dwell Studio for Target zoo set that I scored on clearance for my baby boy’s nursery. I love it and it was such a killer price. :)

    I’M A TARGET LADY!

    My fave Target purchase was canvas art with Birch trees on it. It was on clearance for $5 because it wasn’t in the system anymore. I loved it so much, I completely redecorated my living room so that it would mimic the art. Love, love, love that picture.

    My favorite Target items are the cat (well, dog) holiday sweaters I picked up in the discount bins (this morning actually). My cats aren’t warmed up to them yet, but they’ve been appeasing me and scurrying around the apartment in them all day.

    Therefore, I guess I’d be a TARGET cat LADY.

    I’M A TARGET LADY!
    I’ve bought so much at Target over the years that I have no idea what’s my FAVORITE thing–too many of them. One story does come to mind, though. One evening about a year and a half ago, I went out to get a furry blanket for a young 12-year-old friend of ours who had lost his sweet dog that day. Soooo sad. I was in tears walking around Target trying to find one and wasn’t having much luck. Right before I left to go look somewhere else, I spotted one last brown, furry throw blanket at the end of an aisle. It was marked down for the end of the winter, too. Perfect. It was exactly what I needed to bring to that sweet boy that night. And that’s just an example of why I love Target.

    I AM A TARGET LADY! I don’t know how I could just pick one fav thing. I guess an all time fav are a pair of brown boots I picked up a few years ago that are still totally stylish! And alot cheaper than buying them at a department store.

    My favorite recent purchase was a dress for $20 that I wore all summer, and got so many compliments on!

    I’M A TARGET LADY!!! Gosh I love so much stuff from target. We recently got an amazing desk for the bedroom. With a wedding coming up in a couple months we needed a temporary item with a good price tag and it fit the bill!

    I’m a Target Lady! My favorite thing that I’ve bought at Target is my grill. There is nothing better tasting, or easier, than dinner made on the grill.

    I am A Target Lady! I have so many things that were a score from Target, I have Christmas accents that were 25 cents. Kids clothing for a few dollars, gift bags for 75 cents, candles, now groceries are a deal too! I could go on and on.
