Fab Freebie: The Royal Treatment

***This giveaway is no longer accepting entries – see who won below!***

According to random.org, the royal treatment is going to Cathleen Pearson (who feels bad for Kate’s balding husband). Congrats!

No, not those royals. The majesty behind this giveaway comes from Royal Design Studio, whose stellar stencils will turn your walls into a stylish statement piece (but not in the way that a certain hat made a statement on a certain princess’ head recently). We’re crazy inspired by all of the stylish patterns and fresh color combos they showcase, and one of you will score $100 towards anything you find on their site. Enough chatter – feast your eyes on these babies (Sherry’s over the moon for the one on the top right) and be sure to head over their website for more eye candy.

Royal Design Giveaway

  • PRIZE: A $100 gift card to Royal Design Studio
  • TO ENTER: Comment on this post with the words “I WANT THE ROYAL TREATMENT!” and…
  • BONUS QUESTION: … fess up, were you totally caught up in Royal Wedding mania? Did you get up early to watch the festivities? Have you been chatting about the dress, kisses, and hats ever since? Or were you on the other end of the spectrum and worked hard to avoid the hubbub?
  • GIVEAWAY CLOSES: Wednesday, May 11th at 8pm EST
  • NUMBER OF WINNERS: One
  • PRIZE SHIPS: Anywhere in the world!
  • USUAL STUFF: One entry per e-mail address is permitted. The winner will be selected using random.org and announced on Thursday as an update to this post. That’s right, come right back here on Thursday morning for the announcement of our winners. Good luck…

I WANT THE ROYAL TREATMENT! I paid little attention to the wedding and details. Didn’t excite me as much as it did my wife!

I want the royal treatment! I was in the middle – excited to see the dress and other unique elements, but I had to work bright and early on Friday! I love my sleep!

    I want the Royal treatment!

In Australia, the wedding was on at a much nicer 8pm so I watched the main parts. Lovely to see but wasn’t overly caught up in the hype.

I want the royal treatment! I’ve been coveting several of those stencils for a year or so now.

As for the wedding, we were up getting ready for work, so we put it on, but I was curious to see the dress. I really enjoyed hearing the choral pieces. Why didn’t I think to have an all male choir at my wedding?! Gorgeous sound.

I didn’t watch the wedding live but watched it as soon as I woke up. It was beautiful but I had more fun watching all the ladies come in with their fancy hats. Makes me want to have a tea/hat party with my girlfriends:)

Like, bad. I’ve been itching to stencil something ever since I saw these folks and I *think* I’m going to start with my dining room table.
Anyhoo, I must admit that I snuck in to the TV Room early Saturday morning to watch some highlights. I’m not proud. But wow, that dress was so pretty.

This is really embarrassing. Not only did I get up early, but I can tell you where to spot some royal stencils- The Goring Hotel Royal Suite where Kate stayed was done in a lovely grey on grey stenciled wall paper! And now I totally want to do something like that in our house!

I want the royal treatment…..and yes I was totally into it. I DVR’d it though. I was not going to get up at 4 and watch all the filler. I would rather fast forward through that. I did get up 30 years ago at the age of 8 at 4 am with my Mother to watch the other royal wedding. Fond memories of that.

I WANT THE ROYAL TREATMENT!! i watched the wedding over the phone with my mom. we watched diana and charles get hitched in ’81 (when i was seven) … i remember her sitting on the floor with the old 35mm movie camera, silently filming the wedding off the tv. and when the sun came up and started throwing glare on the television, she had me run up and wake my dad so he could come downstairs and block the light. so starting halfway through the movie, there is a shadow of my dad holding his robe open in the center of the wedding for the next 20 minutes or so. my mom was a huge diana fan, and she happened to be at my home, 600 miles away from their house, on the day diana died, and we sat up watching cnn for hours, and watched again together over the phone a week later during the funeral, sobbing. so it felt only right we should be connected again when will and kate got married.

Well I did not get up early to watch the ceremony, but I watched the recap (once or twice, or thrice).

Very sweet – they really make a nice couple. I wish them happiness (and not so much drama as Diana had to deal with).

I used to be convinced that I would marry Prince William, and tried to convince my parents to send me to whatever the female equivalent of Eton is. :) I got up in the middle of the night to watch the wedding…I wanted to have an authentic viewing of Kate stepping from the car.
