Fab Freebie: The Royal Treatment

***This giveaway is no longer accepting entries – see who won below!***

According to random.org, the royal treatment is going to Cathleen Pearson (who feels bad for Kate’s balding husband). Congrats!

No, not those royals. The majesty behind this giveaway comes from Royal Design Studio, whose stellar stencils will turn your walls into a stylish statement piece (but not in the way that a certain hat made a statement on a certain princess’ head recently). We’re crazy inspired by all of the stylish patterns and fresh color combos they showcase, and one of you will score $100 towards anything you find on their site. Enough chatter – feast your eyes on these babies (Sherry’s over the moon for the one on the top right) and be sure to head over their website for more eye candy.

I WANT THE ROYAL TREATMENT Please!

Totally got caught up in the royal wedding. So much so that I wore a large flower hat thing to my cousins wedding the same day (looked totally cute on that particular day, after seeing the hats on tv – not so much in pictures days later… blast those royals and their fancy hats).

I WANT THE ROYAL TREATMENT! I remember watching Diana’s wedding with my mom and sister. So, I kind’a felt like I HAD to watch William and Kate’s wedding. I watched it alone on my computer early that morning while my husband was still asleep. And, then I caught snippets of the parts I missed later in the day. Must admit, I was hooked.

I didn’t begrudge anyone their excitement over the whole affair, but I honestly can’t understand the draw. To be frank, I find it pretty funny that Americans, who pride themselves on their independence, get so worked up over the BRITISH

I was middle of the spectrum. Excited to see a fairytail wedding … but not excited enough to wake up at 3am. I DVR-ed the entire 6 hour endeavor, and watched a total of 1.5 hours (fast-forwarding through a bunch of the commentary) a few days later. But I could not wait to see the dress, the hats, and the kiss … had to google pictures as soon as I got into work!

I WANT THE ROYAL TREATMENT – I DVR’d the wedding, and watched most of it on fast-forward. I wasn’t really looking forward to it, but became a bit obsessed with all the royal specials on TV after the fact. The best part was when they were waving on the balcony. My 9 month old waved back!
