And that’s the idea behind HouseTalent, a free site where you can easily upload before pics, progress shots, and after photos of the DIYs that are going on in your digs. The friendly interface makes browsing other peoples’ accomplishments just as easy as uploading your own inspiration – from small furniture builds to major room overhauls. And to help you get some of your projects ready to share, HouseTalent is giving away a $250 gift card to World Market this week. Speaking of the world, this giveaway is available internationally – so if World Market doesn’t ship to you, you can select a local alternative for your gift card.

    I’m Talented!

    My talent is being able to recall details from conversations when talking to the same person some months or years later. It’s useful when you need to start conversations with someone you haven’t seen in a long time.

    With the amount of kids we have, we have 7, getting them fed and out the door with clothes on can seem like a gift/talent in itself…but, I think cooking and baking have developed into a talent for me over the years.

    I’M TALENTED! If I see an actor in a movie or TV show I can always recognize them in other roles and always remember where I know them from. Useless, yes, except when my husband and I make a bet about it and I win. Which is every time haha.

    I’M TALENTED! I can do math like a whiz kid. It led me to a career in engineering, where I found, to my utter dismay, that I actually use very very little math.
