And that’s the idea behind HouseTalent, a free site where you can easily upload before pics, progress shots, and after photos of the DIYs that are going on in your digs. The friendly interface makes browsing other peoples’ accomplishments just as easy as uploading your own inspiration – from small furniture builds to major room overhauls. And to help you get some of your projects ready to share, HouseTalent is giving away a $250 gift card to World Market this week. Speaking of the world, this giveaway is available internationally – so if World Market doesn’t ship to you, you can select a local alternative for your gift card.

    My special talent is making handmade invites and gifts out of just about anything!! I absolutely love doing it, which means my ‘job’ doesn’t feel like work :)

    I’M TALENTED! I make an incredible Vietnamese Vermicelli with caramelized chicken … whenever I have the time to knock out all those steps :D (Love the idea behind HouseTalent — genius!)

    IM TALENTED!
    Also I can drop it like its hot. I mean that in a dancing way, and i can get really low. I never do it anymore, but whenever I do people are like “Woah!” in a wow I didnt realize you could drop it like its hot with ten thousand fires of the sun sort of way. =)

    I’M TALENTED!

    Not really though. I used to be able to chirp like a bird but then I got braces and permanent retainers so that ended that! I’m a pretty good procrastinato

    I’m talented! I know the name of very single Thomas the train character and could tell you about an episode containing each one. I have the Thomas the train theme song so well memorized I could probably arrange the piece for a full choir AND sing all the parts. I blame my sons!

    I’m Talented! I took a few tests that said I was a “super-recognizer”. For example I could tell you anyone’s eye color, and I can always tell apart twins, even in baby pictures.

    I’m talented!!! I would say I am talented with devil stix! Have you heard of them before??? My hubs has a set and I started playing with them and my daughter thought it was hilar. So, of course, I kept at it. I’ll do anything to make her smile! Plus, they’re fun. :)

    I’M TALENTED

    My special talent is spinning very fine yarn and knitting lace. Still trying to figure out how to make this a marketable skill, but I do enjoy being able to make stuff, especially from my own flock of sheep.

    I checked out house talent- I like it.

    I’M TALENTED- I have a good knack for remembering song lyrics, especially songs I listened to growing up. If it was on the radio in the ’90s I know every word!!

    I’M TALENTED! People, please… anyone who can cook dinner, make phone calls, read her blogs and keep a baby on her hip is talented. I can even do it in heels. :)
