And that’s the idea behind HouseTalent, a free site where you can easily upload before pics, progress shots, and after photos of the DIYs that are going on in your digs. The friendly interface makes browsing other peoples’ accomplishments just as easy as uploading your own inspiration – from small furniture builds to major room overhauls. And to help you get some of your projects ready to share, HouseTalent is giving away a $250 gift card to World Market this week. Speaking of the world, this giveaway is available internationally – so if World Market doesn’t ship to you, you can select a local alternative for your gift card.

    I’M TALENTED!

    I can pick up on various hobbies easily, but I’m tapped into my artistic side – photography, painting, charcoal drawing, and dance (I’m trained in classical ballet, tap, jazz, and lyrical techniques). Hopefully some of this somehow translates into my newest project – home renovations!

    I’M TALENTED! I have an eye for making photobooks…somehow I can just see what picture would look good where on the page. I’ve offered my talent to a few friends that were having trouble putting their wedding albums together!

    I have the amazing talent of being spot on in my step-aerobics class. That’s right… this 31 year old is front and center in step class. If only I could bust out my leotards and leg warmers!
