It’s been a while since we’ve posted about a fun what’s-your-design-style type quiz (like these of the past). And it’s been never since our post about one came with a chance to win $500 from HomeGoods. So if ever there was time to put aside your allegiance to scientific results, this would be a good one. HomeGoods has revamped their Stylescope quiz (with the help of HGTV’s Taniya Nayak) to help pin down your style in just one question. Pick your favorite five of the 36 provided images and BAM! – instant diagnosis.
The cool part (besides the $500 prize) is they not only give you a description of your style, but also throw in quick tips for decorating, shopping, gift-giving, and even entertaining based on your evaluation. They also suggest a Pinterest board dedicated to your style as well as a blog that showcases it as well. And you just might recognize the name of the blog that goes along with the “Sassy” style. We were totally flattered when they asked to link over to us (and giving one of you guys a $500 credit was the icing on the cake).

I took the test and the first one I got was Farmhouse Glam with a touch of Urban Funk, and I liked the result. But when I took it again, I got Sassy with a touch of New Country and that seemed to be more my style. I LOVE LOVE LOVE HomeGoods!!!

I’m Farm house glam, with a touch of classic – I think they nailed it right the first time ;) Even though my style is different from yours, I find that I learn a lot from your blog, and I love your style too – it’s just not how I LIVE in my house, yanno? SCOPE ME! I got Classic with a touch of Boho. But I picked the yellow chevron stripes that look like they’re associated with Sassy, so I don’t know where the Boho came from, but still cool! I think it called me pretty well–I’d like to think I’m more Sassy, but in practice I think they got it. We have a lot of inherited wood furniture, & I’ve grown to love it.

SCOPE ME! Yes, took the quiz – mine came up “Set Sail” – not sure on that one. Secondary was “Boho”, which is slightly more like it. When looking at them all, I like Sassy! We are expecting a baby very soon and trying to do a minor rehaul of our house prior to arrival (getting everything repainted, etc.). Some fun accessories from Home Goods would be a nice added treat!

Took the quiz :) Apparently I’m “Farmhouse Glam” with a touch of “Set Sail”….I really didn’t feel like either of those styles described me/my taste. Looking at the other styles I would say I’m a mixture of “New Country” and “Traveler”.

I got Urban Funk with a touch of Classic, which I think is pretty perfect! I’m definitely not either one by itself, but mixed together, definitely me! It’s kinda like shopping at Crate & Barrel, my favorite store… :)
