And even if you don’t score the grand prize, they’re offering up a discount to everyone that could save you some serious dough on that statement piece that you’ve been pining for. For me, when someone talks about design, I immediately think of Halston. His designs absolutely were the 1970s and still seem chic and glamorous today. By keeping his designs minimal and sleek, they’ve become truly timeless and still exciting.

I just like to be inspired by all sorts of unique stuff. In Grand Rapids, MI where I live, there is a HUGE art competition called ArtPrize. Hundreds of artists from around the world come to GR for 3 weeks to display art and prizes are awarded. There is tons of awesome stuff to see – and that’s the stuff I love…the stuff you can’t see anywhere else!
