And even if you don’t score the grand prize, they’re offering up a discount to everyone that could save you some serious dough on that statement piece that you’ve been pining for. I would love to own an original fully developed Henry Hensche landscape. He is a profound colorist who painted the poetry of the landscape. It would be totally amazing to have one of his pieces in my home to inspire me. Someday….

I’ve always loved the sleek but organic shape of Eero Saarinen’s tulip table. They look fabulous with almost any style of dining chair and in almost any style room. Plus, for the tall among us (I’m 5’10”), a central support means no bumped knees during dinner. Architecturally, the Saint Louis Gateway Arch has a similarly graceful-but-strong quality.
