    MILLER ME! Favorite designer? Coco Chanel. Her best advice (works for dressing up or dressing your home): Put on all your jewelry. Then take off one piece. In other words, don’t gild the lily.

    Miller Me, too. Have been an avid fan of Ray and Charles Eames and ever since my landscape Architect husband introduced them to me back in 1975!! Do you know how great that Eames chair would look with my collection of mid-century modern dinnerware pitchers???

    Miller Me! My husband and I just moved into our first home- a midcentury modern fixer upper. Anything Herman Miller would be AWESOME!
    Also,I’ve always been a huge fan of Camille Claudel’s sculpture.

    MILLER ME!

    I have been getting more and more into architecture lately. I was privileged to visit a historic home designed by E. Fay Jones here in Memphis and it was some of the coolest stuff I have ever seen. Jones was an alum of Wright, actually. Anyway, I like stuff where every bit of the house is designed by the architect.

    I have been swooning over these chairs for as long as I can remember (ok, ok…since I first discovered them oh, 5 years ago). I love love love Annie Leibovitz – she can do no wrong in my eyes. Awesome giveaway guys!

    MILLER ME!!!

    I really love my late father’s style – he was able to effortlessly mix old antiques with new sleek modern pieces and add little bit of whimsy (like old movie memorabilia or a lava lamp)

    I also designers (personal or by heart) who aren’t afraid of mixing patterns and colors.

    I have admired Frank Lloyd Wright and wanted to live in one of his creations ever since visiting his former home outside of Chicago.

    The Herman Miller store has beautiful furniture that exactly fits my aesthetic.

    Miller Me! I can’t say I have a favorite designer (maybe I am not that educated) but I have a favorite style-Classic Chic, like Audrey Hepburn and Jackie O. Something that will always be in style with a feminine touch :)

    I’ve always admired the works of Alexander Girard. I love his graphic sensibility and illustrations for his textiles, and he’s one of my inspirations for becoming a graphic designer. I’d love to own one of his pieces one day in addition to an Eames chair!

    I love Frank Lloyd Wright! I would love to win this to buy an Eames Lounge chair w/ottoman. I am currently pregnant with twins and I just know that I would finally be comfortable if I could just relax in that beautiful chair! :)

    MILLER ME!

    THis is a toughie – having a degree in interior design I have a lot of favorite architects liek Antoni Gaudi to Frank Weise. The Stonorov and Haws Grace House is such a cool place too. Frank Lloyed Wright…goes without saying. one day I WILL visit Waterfall House! And as an artist I take influence from Warhol to some of my pieces! Having a piece of his to hang would be a room I’d have to build just to house it!

    Now the old eames chair….when I was a little girl, my dad had this chair. It had a foot stool that was awesome and the chair would swivel around and around….with this squeak. And at the base there was this silver cuff with cut outs to go over the feet of the chair. I remember playing with that cuff…spinning it and just watching it land. As a grown up I am kicking my parent for ever throwing out that ‘old chair’. It was an eames lounge chair. Now I aam not sure if it was a knock off or THE eames chair. It was the 70s….and mother was a lady to gab about things she purchased to impress. but still….I’d love to have that thing.
