For luck each day (seriously) I will only wake up to even numbers on the clock. I hate to admit this because it may sound neurotic, but it always makes me feel like my day is starting out on an “even keel”-pun intended, he he!. I’ve done this since high school. :) My husband is cool with it too, he’ll nudge me and say, “It’s 4:32, you need to get up.”

I don’t really have any good luck charms or specific rituals, but one quirky thing I do is if I see a penny upside down on the ground I’ll flip it over so that it will be good luck for the next person who sees it and picks it up. At least someone will hopefully get good luck out of it.
In terms of the pillows, I’m digging the Kelly Wearstler Urchin & Trina Turk Arches in yellow. :)

I don’t have any special rituals to increase my luck, other than making a wish whenever I happen to look at the clock at 11:11. Other than that, I pray and try to stay positive.

I wear a dragonfly pendant that my husband gave me. He is my biggest supporter and I love to be able to reach up and touch it when I need that extra boost of confidence. As a matter of fact, I am wearing it today for my last final exam.

Lucky charms? Maybe my mom’s old turquoise necklace from the 70’s. When I wear it I feel a little retro, a little nostalgic, and just like me. And turquoise is my favorite color, so I love the first couch decked out in shades of sea glass.
