My good luck **SUPER SECRET** in every room i have a yellow something like A plant, a color on a fabric, in my living room i have a hidden yellow finch that sits on the curtain rod. Nobody ever notices but i know they’re all there :) i’ve always thought it was good luck since i was a little girl. i have no idea where it came from.
Also when i’m cooking if i open a cupboard i keep it open until i’m all done cooking. Drives my family crazy but its a jinx if you close them! I’ll surly make a bad dinner. :)

The purple lotus pillows catch my eye! I get lucky by just thinking and feeling lucky. The luck comes to me when I feel good about my day and other people =) I’m also a worry wart so I try to do less of that and think less of the ‘what ifs’ in my head in order to stay lucky and positive about life =)

Ok, my husband makes fun of me, but I have a few “good luck rituals” I practice. Here are my top two:
1. If you leave the house and you have forgotten something, when you come back, you have to sit down in 3 different places before you can go out again…this is for luck.
2. NEVER put your purse on the floor, it makes the money “drain out”.

I’M FEELING LUCKY! I lost my grandmother to liver cancer two years ago. It was the first death in my family (I was 32 at the time and very lucky to be blessed with my entire family for so many years!!). We were all bedside when she passed and it was a wonderful experience. Every day since, I say a prayer to her each morning, thanking her for looking out for me and guiding me through the day. I’m convinced that if I don’t say my good luck prayer to her each day I will have a horrible day. I will say a prayer to her tomorrow morning, convincing her that the blue pillows would look lovely in my white and chocolate living room.

I’M FEELING LUCKY! My good luck ritual is to always touch the ceiling of the car and make a wish whenever we pass under a train crossing a bridge. It worked on me getting the house of my modest dreams, so maybe I’ll win this drawing and then I can pick up a Trina Turk arches print cushion or two. They’d be perfect on my living room sofa.
