My lucky ritual is breakfast believe it or not. If I start out with a healthy breakfast, the rest of the day goes great. If not, or I skip it, it’s pure crap from then on. Weird I know :)

Hmmm… I tell my boyfriend ‘Be careful’ exactly once in the morning if he is going to be doing any kind of ‘extreme’ activity (skiing or mtn biking….). I suppose that is superstitious. If i don’t do it — we have to call and do it later over the phone :)
