We love us some Candice Olson (and still pinch ourselves that our faces share a webpage with her over on BenjaminMoore.com). So we sweet talked our way into a little Benjamin Moore / Candice Olson prize for you guys – including a signed copy of her latest book, Candice Olson Bedrooms. So once you’ve torn yourself away from petting her signature (not that we’d do that, ok we totally would) and are ready to put that Olson-spiration to use, Benjamin Moore’s gonna lend a hand with two gallons of their Aura paint, a 7-piece applicator kit, a $50 gift card, and your very own Candice Olson Design Picks fan deck.     Moore Me! I have a signed copy of a Malcolm in the Middle script from Brian Cranston and met Hanson last year. They signed a photo for me. I also met Stephanie Meyer at a chat she did for her book The Host. She signed all the copies of Twilight I had as well as The Host. :)

    MOORE ME! I once attended a character breakfast at Disneyland and got autographs from Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, and others. A great childhood memory!

    MOORE ME! Coincidentally, the only signature I have is from Michael Moore…He was a guest at my 2nd birthday party as he was friend’s with one of my mom’s friends when we lived in D.C.- He gave me a toy stuffed parrot that repeated what you said…unfortunately, I don’t remember this, but I still have the parrot and the card! :)

    Please Moore Me!!!! I love Candice Olson! She can make anything gorgeous!!! The only autograph I have ever gotten was one by George Wallace, the 70’s Alabama governor.

    MOORE ME!

    I have several autographs from band members and authors, but the best autograph story belongs to my sister. She had made an autograph book out of one of those thick cardboard kid’s books and some duct tape. The duct tape was somehow connected to a Broadway show we saw (called [title of show] … yes, that’s the name).

    Across the street from [title of show] was another play (I can’t remember which one, maybe “A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum”?), and Whoopi Goldberg was in it. We waited for her to come out, and my sister thrust her duct tape autograph book and a Sharpie through the crowd to get Whoopi to sign it. Whoopi took the book in her hand, looked at it, shook her head, and signed the duct tape-covered page.

    I am most proud of the Kieffer Sutherland autograph I got back in the 90’s while he was filming near my small hometown. It. Was. Awesome.

    I got brandy’s autograph back in the day when i went to see her show live. It was pretty neat. Even though she may not be as popular as she once was I still have it. =)

    MOORE ME – my nephew wrote me the sweetest little letter at church a few years back. I actually got his name tattooed a few years ago using his signature from a valentines day card :)

      CONGRATS TO YOU STACY!!!! Hope all goes well with your fixer-upper & that you Love your MOORE paint. Don’t forget to read all the tips on proper prep work, especially using a Base 1 or low-base primer, so that all of your painting goes “smoothly”–hopefully with 1 topcoat. Let us know how you progress! Of course with all the help from Candice & YoungHouseLove, how could you go wrong? YHL’s book is coming out soon, so be sure to get it…I am sure it will be full of great ideas for your projects. Happy Painting to You!
