I’ve had my favorite bands sign a few things over the years. My favorite may be a sweat shirt the lead singer of Something Corporate signed..if only because it happened during a concert that dissolved into a crazy protest. The shirt was signed when the singer pulled me and a few others out of the crowd because things were getting crazy!

MOORE ME! When my husband and I were just friends, before we dated, he sent me a cd jacket signed by our favorite band. They were the reason we met and he lived in L.A. where they were from. It was very sweet and I still have it.

We are currently in the process of buying a house. If all goes well, we will need tons of paint and primer because the house is currently painted entirely gold and deep burgundy (think Redskins). I tend to be more into Candance’s colors.
I have an autograph and photo of me and Jonny Rotten/John Lydon (Sex Pistols & PiL). It is my most prized possession because deep down beats the heart of a punk! (Although it is a bit hard these days trying to keep my punk rock soul in DC!)

MOORE ME, please! I have a lot of signed books, but my favorites are from film critic Roger Ebert. I always go to his book signings when he is in town (which is a lot because I live near his home base in Chicago). He is a prolific writer and I love that losing half his jaw and his voice hasn’t stopped him. I find him and his wonderful wife, Chaz, very inspirational.
