I’ve never been an autograph collector. I’ve waited while friends went to get them. One of my hub’s groomsmen loves Orson Scott Card (Ender’s Game), so we went to an event, listened to him for an hour, then waited in a FIVE hour long line (by the end, we were dead last) to get his autograph on a book. It was a weirdly good time as an engaged couple, even though it was a miserably long time and neither of us are big fans. Meandering story short: it made a great groomsmen gift.
