When we were kids my friend’s dad worked at the White House for Pres. George H. W. Bush. We got a behind the scenes tour of the White House and even met the Pres. and Pres. of Argentina. We all got signed photos. Pretty neat for a 3rd grader.

At this year’s San Diego Comic Con, my son received an Iron Man 3 poster signed by Robert Downey. Also took a group picture with a bunch of kids wearing Iron Man costumes with Mr. Downey in the middle. He thought it was the coolest thing ever!

I saw someone else got a Blue Man “signature”. I have one, too, and a picture with one of them when I saw them in Toronto a few years back. Mine wasn’t a blue kiss, but a thumb smear on my program.
My first autograph was from Vanessa Marcil when she played Brenda on General Hospital. I was really into GH in high school. I still keep up with it and watch it sometimes, but I just don’t have the kind of time to devote 5 hours a week to watching one show.
