If you were here, you’d see a new toilet in the middle of an unfinished basement, enough sawdust to make a new tree :( and a kitty ramp from the living room floor (recently abandoned floor vent) to the new home of the litter box on a shelf! Thankfully relocated from the kitchen :)
If you are here in a year you will see a finished basement with new bedroom, bathroom/laundry, entertainment center and workshop!

If you where here-and I wish you where that would be more fun than what you would see – me a 29 year old grad student working to finish her thesis in the next 3 weeks. I am sure you felt the similar pressure in finishing your book-you are so exhausted you’re not sure it’ll get done but you have to finish because you have a deadline. Yup that’s what you’d see and I’d love this give away because I cannot wait to read a real book when I’m finished with this thesis.

So far, we’ve finished the main bathroom, living room, dining room, the three bedrooms are 3/4 the way finished, and the basement’s about half done. However, our master bathroom is just drywall and some mud, and the ceilings done. For two years it’s been looming off the side of our room, collecting dust. …you would see my awesomely large brick ranch with not so awesome brown paneling and green sculptured carpet. We would both be drooling at the potential that sat before us. Unlike myself, you guys seem to have a little more initiative and drive. I enjoy my space, but wish I had more time and money to get the ball rolling!
