Guide me! I always use my iphone for navigation when we’re away from home on vacation. My husband is the driver and I’m the navigator. At least once a trip I get confused my the googlemaps though and have to tell my husband to turn us around.

GUIDE ME! I have no sense of direction. There I said it. I’m good at lots of things, knowing where I’m going just usually isn’t one of them. To top things off, we moved a week and a half ago. Even though it’s less than a mile from the old apartment, I’ve since gotten lost both to and from roller derby practice and volunteering at the Humane Society! The Hubs keeps trying to get me to take his GPS, but I refuse (they’re so annoying!) and thank my lucky stars for my iPhone directions.

I accept all the help I can get in every area of life, but truly would be lost without GPS and recipes, not to mention instructions for how to put just about anything together. I’m a “read the manual” kind of girl…

I think this comes from when I was a kid and became obsessed with the Big Book of Why and Jeopardy. I’m a nerd of sorts! LOL! (P.S. I do have to say I was in NOVA over the weekend visiting my parents who recently relocated there (I saw so many ranch houses like yours and thought of you guys!) and coming from NYC I could not get over how awful the traffic was in the entire metro-DC area. My husband and I were considering moving there from NYC, but now I may have to reconsider. AWFUL!)

I’ll take expert knowledge anytime I can get it. We can all learn something new — even if we think we’re pretty awesome at something. There’s always new tricks and things we would never think of on our own.
