Fab Freebie: Guiding Site

***This giveaway is no longer accepting entries – see who won below!***

Thanks to random.org, our winner is… Kari (who gets lost even with the help of GPS). Congrats Kari!

It goes without saying that we’re big fans of decorating and design help through the magic of the internet. So of course we’re psyched that one of you is gonna score some customized assistance from My Design Guide. They tap into a network of real interior designers to help you out with everything from quick fix mini-consults (which come free just by completing their StyleFinder quiz) to full blown 3-D renderings with paint color picks, furniture selections, and a shopping list (see a sample here). The latter of which our winner will be cashing in on this week. Woot.

MyDesignGuide Giveaway

  • PRIZE: A 3D Custom Room Design from My Design Guide (a $229 value)

  • GIVEAWAY CLOSES: Wednesday, June 15th at 8pm EST
  • NUMBER OF WINNERS: One
  • PRIZE SHIPS: Anywhere they have the internet! Yup, this one’s global, baby.
  • USUAL STUFF: One entry per e-mail address is permitted. The winner will be selected using random.org and announced on Thursday as an update to this post. That’s right, come right back here on Thursday for the announcement of our winners. Good luck…

    I’d be lost without Google.
And I’d *love* this giveaway as we just came under contract on a new house and I need help with setting up and decorating the living room.

    GUIDE ME!!!

Whenever I need someone to help guide me through tough times in life, I always talk to my dog. She’s a great listener, is always eager to sit in my lap and keep me company, and gives me plenty of kisses on the cheek to keep me encouraged.

I pretty much still consult with my parents on everything. I still seem to chose whatever I felt like to begin with. Haha, I’m sure they love this:)

GUIDE ME! I love my job teaching second graders and although I am a pretty awesome teacher (and not above tooting my own horn), I often seek guidance from those wiser and even more awesome than myself. I am so lucky to work in a place where collegiality and collaboration are the norm so I have many mentors that I can turn to for advice and support. One of the biggest compliments for me is when other teachers ask for my advice too. Yeah NCS!

    GUIDE ME!!

Lets just be honest…I ask for guidance in practically every area of my life! Two examples: I HAVE to use some sort of navigation when driving and my sister-in-law often asks me “How do you get dressed when I’m not around.” Simple answer I grew up with 3 sisters! I’m definitely going to be asking for advice as we are purchasing our first house and I finally get to decorate!!
