We recently bought a house that is stuck in the 1980’s! Our bathroom shower door won’t close, so water likes to sneak out and soak the floor. The faucet in the sink has a mind of its own and sprays all over the counter, and the shower head thinks we need multiple sprayers even though it is just a single shower head! FIX ME! We are currently renovating our “master” bath. It is very small and the shower had failing tile walls. The tiles were speckled with gold flecks and needed regrouted. Well, everything in my 1974 bathrooms needs replacing. The tub has a perfect outline of the previous owners buttock permanently engraved into the enamel. The grout in the tile is failing, the vanity has been shortened least 6 inches shorter than standard. The green concrete shower floor is eroding away. And I could go on…
