We thought we’d finish off this year with a prize all about finishing off a major remodeling project (or even just a quick furniture upgrade) the right way. For instance, although we’re spending major time on tile and paint when it comes to our bathroom project – we haven’t forgotten about the little things like fixtures and molding. Re-painting the guest bedroom…we had a huge water problem Christmas Day from a back up of ice with the combination of rain on the roof/eaves and it went through the siding and walls into the bedroom, through the floorboards and emptied into the basement. Husband is redrywalling part of the room today and relaying the carpet.
