It’s no secret that we loves us some HomeGoods. So how psyched are we to give one of you a $500 gift card this week? Answer: very psyched. Like the one below that offers up some simple tricks for adding color to a room through pillows & accessories (which just happen to be two of our favorite things to hunt for at HomeGoods):

Since our trip to Hawaii I’ve been inspired by the colors on the outside of houses there, specifically the dark teal and turquoise colors. They looked perfectly at home int bright sun, light showers and shadows of night and now they look gorgeous on my walls. I’d like some punchy accents to go right along with them so come on Home Goods!

My fiance and I are huge Seahawks fans and love their bright green accent. I’m noticing more and more little tidbits of green (we vary the shades minutely: pistachio, lime, neon, even a little crazy grellow) are popping up in the house.
