It’s no secret that we loves us some HomeGoods. So how psyched are we to give one of you a $500 gift card this week? Answer: very psyched. And if you’re stumped on how to spend that money, HomeGoods has a new series of “Design Happy” videos to help inspire and guide you. Like the one below that offers up some simple tricks for adding color to a room through pillows & accessories (which just happen to be two of our favorite things to hunt for at HomeGoods):

Green-more specifically Peter Pan’s Swing by Behr. I just finished up painting this at my parents’ house, one room and an additional wall. It looks great, they’ve had the house for 20 years and it’s only been painted white. Now I’m trying to get them to paint the ceiling (not green though, that might be a bit much!)

My color is a limey/dusty/grassy green! I have had it in 3 houses now and it is home to me. Its such a juicy color that whenever I see it I have to have it!
I have either full blown green walls with a lattice pattern, lime fiesta plates, towels, pillows etc mixed in every room.
