It’s no secret that we loves us some HomeGoods. So how psyched are we to give one of you a $500 gift card this week? Answer: very psyched. And if you’re stumped on how to spend that money, HomeGoods has a new series of “Design Happy” videos to help inspire and guide you. Like the one below that offers up some simple tricks for adding color to a room through pillows & accessories (which just happen to be two of our favorite things to hunt for at HomeGoods):

COLOR ME! I am love, love, loving me some turquoise right now. Seems to be everywhere, but that just means it’s easier for me to find pretty stuff! Since moving to CA the HomeGoods closest to us is an hour and a half away and I’ve got a trip planned there this Friday!!! In CT it was only 15 minutes and I sure do miss that. I can’t wait for my trip Friday.

Color Me! We’re having loads of fun decorations our little home in a peacock-y theme. Lots of teals, greens, and browns, with splashes of golds and purples. It’s working for us really well.
