Fab Freebie: A Break From Boring

***This giveaway is no longer accepting entries  – see who won below!***

According to random.org, our two giveaway winners are… Amy I. (who’d enjoyed a weekend away and then a few days at home for her pretend spring break) and DebbieRN (who’d go to Sanibel Island).

Don’t you wish there was a no-adult-left-behind official grown-up spring break? Since many of the kids in our county are out of school this week, it made us think about how nice it would be if every adult scored the same week-long break from the office grind. Luckily this week’s prize from The Office Stylist promises to inject some fun (and function) to your desk job. They’ve got loads of tips and services for amping up your workspace, including an online shop that’s stuffed with colorful and stylish organizational items  – from floral file folders to ceramic business card holders and everything in between. And they’re hooking two lucky winners up with $50 cards to spend however they’d like.

Sorting With Style Giveaway

  • PRIZE: A $50 gift certificate towards Sorting With Style by The Office Stylist
  • TO ENTER: Comment on this post with the words “GIMME A BREAK!” and…
  • BONUS QUESTION: … pretend that every grown up got a spring break. What would you do? Would you go somewhere exotic? Would you just relax at home? Or would you throw a huge party for all the other on-break adults?
  • GIVEAWAY CLOSES: Wednesday, April 20th at 8pm EST
  • NUMBER OF WINNERS: Two
  • PRIZE SHIPS: The 50 United States and Canada!
  • USUAL STUFF: One entry per e-mail address is permitted. The winners will be selected using random.org and announced on Thursday as an update to this post. That’s right, come right back here on Thursday morning for the announcement of our winners. Good luck…

Note: We weren’t paid or perk’d for hosting this giveaway, we just like rewarding our lovely readers! See our Giveaway FAQs page for more info. Pics from Sorting With Style

    GIMME A BREAK!

I would probably use an adult break to schedule family vacations (utilizing my parents’ timeshare, of course).

Ah I am one of those adults that does get spring break since I teach at a University. But alas this spring break I spent tending to a sick child and the last two days the nanny got sick! But I would love some sun on me as it snowed here yesterday!!!!!!

    Gimme a break!

I would totally take all the other spring-breaking adults and go to a waterpark, one with huge waterslides and a super-long Lazy River. One that serves margaritas while you’re waiting in line…

Obviously, there needs to be such a place if there isn’t one.

GIMME A BREAK!! Ooooo, college spring breaks definitely spoiled me — so now that I’m in the working world, I’m a little jealous of all the spring breakers. I’d definitely spend a couple of days at the beach, and the rest of the time, I’d be at home knocking some of those things off my “to-do list”
