Fab Freebie: The Devil’s In The Details

***This giveaway is no longer accepting entries – scroll down to see who won!***

Thanks to the devilish randomization that is random.org, our two winners are… Steph (who was just talking to a colleague about the two tattoos she has…for now) and Alason (who’s thinks her little butterfly tattoo on her back makes people assume she’s a bad girl). Congrats ladies!

Since you guys seemed to enjoy last week’s spring cleaning related giveaway, how about another? Your house can’t possibly be all cleaned up yet can it? This one comes from the folks over at Dirt Devil who are gonna hook two of you up with a tattoo. But you’re not going to disappoint the parental units in this case. The Tattoo is a light-but-powerful canister vacuum that boasts an ornate “tattoo” design on its body, comes in four devilish hues, and includes cool details like an automatic cord rewind feature. You know, so you can suck with style.

Dirt Devil Tattoo

  • PRIZE: A Dirt Devil Fantasy Tattoo series canister vacuum in any color
  • TO ENTER: Comment on this post with the words “TATTOO ME!” and…
  • BONUS QUESTION: … dish about what tattoo(s) you have, wish you had, wish you didn’t have, or never ever wanted (feel free to share the where and the why too if you’d like).
  • GIVEAWAY CLOSES: Wednesday, April 6th at 8pm EST
  • NUMBER OF WINNERS: Two
  • PRIZE SHIPS: The United States and Canada
  • USUAL STUFF: One entry per e-mail address is permitted. The winners will be selected using random.org and announced on Thursday as an update to this post. That’s right, come right back here on Thursday morning for the announcement of our winners. Good luck…

Note: We weren’t paid or perk’d for hosting this giveaway, we just like rewarding our lovely readers! See our Giveaway FAQs page for more info. Pics from Dirt Devil.

    Tattoo Me!

My husband is covered in tattoos and I am slowly but surely making my way to the same point. He calls me his fabulous 50’s wife because I love pinup style tattoos, what better o maintain my good wife (haha) status then an equally tattooed up vacuum?

    Tattoo Me! BABY!

    TATTOO ME!!

I have 2 tattoos and plan on 1 more in the future. I have a pi symbol on the back of my neck (to signify the completion of my engineering degree) and stars on my foot (for fun). I plan on getting one when I finish my PhD.

I am just about to start my PhD and I am moving into a townhouse with 2 dogs and all hardwood floors, I think this vacuum would work far better than our current one on hardwood.

    Thanks!

TATTOO ME! I have a peace dove by Picasso tattooed (is that even a word?!) on my neck. Everyone warned me the neck is the most sensetive place, so beware, OUCH. However, I believe Picasso was looking out for me because it didn’t hurt at all. Just goes to show you, peace is the only way! Also, I’m sure your winners are chosen randomly, but to show you that I am the perfect recipient of this prize, check out my OCDness when it comes to cleaning floors here:

I always thought it would be nice to have a peacock feather somewhere on my ribs – somewhat symbolic of my interests without be nearly as dorky as a giant DNA helix up on me (I’m a genetics grad student).

I never thought I’d get a tattoo, but one day, my friends said they were going and I went! I got a tiny little flower on my lower back. A year later, I added some leaves to my flower. I’m not in love with it, but I can still add to it to make it better.
I am totally in love with my water color dragonfly tattoo, though! The artist didn’t use any black or heavy outlines, so it literally looks like water color on my skin

I have “pura vida” tattooed on my left foot…it is part of the Costa Rican culture and roughly means “full of life.” It is used to say hello or goodbye, to tell someone you are happy, to agree with someone, or to say “thank you”….really it can mean whatever you want!

I almost got a Maori fishhook tattoo before I went on a 3 year overseas trip to New Zealand. It meant “safety while traveling” but the salon overbooked and I never got it. I later found out it was really, REALLY bad luck to put Maori symbols on yourself. Whew!

I have what they call a tramp stamp of the oh so common butterfly. I LOVE IT. Of course I was naive at the time and didn’t know they had the famous nickname. If I did, I probably would have chosen to have it put somewhere else on my body. I have a cross on my ankle that I’d like to have removed one day. Last but not least I’d love to have a dragonfly added close to my butterfly to represent my wedding day.

Love my plain, boring, “untattoed”, pale but sometimes tanned skin.
Never were into them, but tried a fake henna tattoo once on my ankle, which was great to make realize how I would dislike one that lasts forever. I would get too bored of them :-)

With the two I have, I knew exactly what I wanted and where I wanted to put them, so I’m just waiting for the inspiration for this next one . . .
