Fab Freebie: The Devil’s In The Details

***This giveaway is no longer accepting entries – scroll down to see who won!***

Thanks to the devilish randomization that is random.org, our two winners are… Steph (who was just talking to a colleague about the two tattoos she has…for now) and Alason (who’s thinks her little butterfly tattoo on her back makes people assume she’s a bad girl). Congrats ladies!

Since you guys seemed to enjoy last week’s spring cleaning related giveaway, how about another? Your house can’t possibly be all cleaned up yet can it? This one comes from the folks over at Dirt Devil who are gonna hook two of you up with a tattoo. But you’re not going to disappoint the parental units in this case. The Tattoo is a light-but-powerful canister vacuum that boasts an ornate “tattoo” design on its body, comes in four devilish hues, and includes cool details like an automatic cord rewind feature. You know, so you can suck with style.

Dirt Devil Tattoo

  • PRIZE: A Dirt Devil Fantasy Tattoo series canister vacuum in any color
  • TO ENTER: Comment on this post with the words “TATTOO ME!” and…

  • GIVEAWAY CLOSES: Wednesday, April 6th at 8pm EST
  • NUMBER OF WINNERS: Two
  • PRIZE SHIPS: The United States and Canada
  • USUAL STUFF: One entry per e-mail address is permitted. The winners will be selected using random.org and announced on Thursday as an update to this post. That’s right, come right back here on Thursday morning for the announcement of our winners. Good luck…

    Tattoo me!

I have two tattoos. One I love with a flower and my daughter’s name. I don’t like my second one as much. I got it when I was 17 and didn’t really think it through. Hoping to cover it with something else soon.

    TATTOO ME!

I had a middle school teacher who told the class that he had a friend in high school who got a Tweety Bird tat on her butt. At their 20 year reunion, her figure had grown and changed with age and child birth. She told him that the Tweety Bird was now a strange greenish blob.

That was a long time ago and still inspires me to never get a tattoo!

    TATTOO ME!

I don’t have any tattoos, but I’ve seen plenty I like. My brother has the Gaelic translation of “Irishman” on his shoulder, and I’ve always thought that was pretty cool. I saw an awesome tat of Dali’s elephant on pinterest the other day. If I were to get one–which I probably won’t–it’d probably be something literary since I’ve always been an English nerd.

Tattoo Me! If I had a tattoo, it would be near an intimate place and it would say “Mick Jagger was here and you have one helluva tongue to beat”. Now that I’ve completely embarrassed myself, I still love your blog and never think things like that when I read it.

    Best regards,

    TATTOO ME!
I have one tattoo that I got on my right foot my freshman year of college. I always drew flowers or other sketches on my foot and thought why wouldn’t I want something on there forever. I got a tiny start tattooed on my foot and since then have wondered if I should have gotten more than one or if it was a mistake to get this tattoo at all. It does not have meaning for me, but it is my mark of rebellion so I can’t be upset that I got a tattoo and “lived” when I was younger.

    TATTOO ME!

I’ve got two at the moment, may be getting a third later this month. They are:
    1. Pi – because I’m a nerd
    2. A phoenix – commemorating a summer I spent at Cape Canaveral (while the connection isn’t obvious, it makes sense in my head)

And maybe 3. An oak leaf, which I would get with 3 other friends with whom I’ve spent over a decade volunteering at the annual Live Oak Music Festival.

Looks like I’m the only person with a bunch of ink! I have 5, mostly not visible unless in a bathing suit, except one big back piece of leopard spots. And yes, I started at the “you’re-going-to-regret-this-one-day-young-lady” age of 15. Haven’t regretted it yet.

    TATTOO ME!!!

I have 4 tattoos. Three of them were from my young days. And last year, I completed my latest piece – an intricate (and permanent) henna design up the side of my torso. I hadn’t gotten a tattoo in 15 years, so maybe I shouldn’t have gotten back in the game with a large piece that hits my rib cage. Ouch!

TATTOO ME – I have one small ancient tatoo that I would love to get rid of if it wasn’t so expensive and painfull. Also I hear that it leaves a spot in the same shape so I’m not sure what the point is.

This is funny that I came across this because I need a vacuum and am currently using a mini shark dust buster type one!

    TATTOO ME!

So I’ve never wanted a tattoo myself, but here’s a good tattoo story for you. This woman had one on her stomach, off to the side of her belly button. It was a cute little whale. What’s so awesome about it is that she got pregnant and when she went into the hospital to get induced over a week past her due date, that whale was ENORMOUS. Haha. Best. Tattoo. Ever.
