I did not get my first tattoo till I was 24 and I have had all six tattoos I want picked out since I was in high school. Just had to go about getting up the guts and the money and having someone sketch the idea for me. My first one is Japanese symbols. I did not have that in mind per say, but I knew I would a few key words that described my life(yes even by high school) and wanted it in a lanuage that used symbols. I got them on my inside of my right ankel going down onto my foot. It says Life Bad Courageous Good and Humble. In short meaning my life that has had bad things in it has made me courageous and the good things have made me humble. Then stars and burst and swirlies on my left foot right on top of it. For my siblings and will add my childrens birthstone colored stars when I have them. I raised my siblings and now once again am taking care of them with full guardianship of the 3 youngest. So they mean a great deal to me. Anyways I won’t bore you with anymore talk of tats. But I have one for my lower back, right hip and left leg on the inside part, ankle/foot area.

Tattoo Me! I have a tattoo of a yellow rose on my lower right back. I got the tattoo in memory of my mom (yellow roses were her favorite flower), who passed away when I was 7. I like having a little reminder that she is always with me.

I always wanted something small, but also that I wouldnt regret. I always loved my cats growing up and thought “why not a cat paw?” but then I still didnt want something huge and obtrusive. So I decided I wanted a miniature cat paw. Until a tattoo artist friend drew it for me and I realized that all that is is a rat’s paw. *sigh*

iI have no tattoos to date, but i am planing on getting a tattoo on my side, that will be about from my hip to about 3 inches down from my armpit and will snake out on to my back at some points, I’m getting a really pretty star that is shooting with lots of little ones it its tale and with a quote from “twilight” that Edward says to Bella that reads “and then you shot across my sky like a meteor” inside the swirls and stars. each star is going to represent a family member or a best friend the biggest star is going to represent my Daughter Jade, shes 3 :)

Tattoo me! I have two. A small lion walking through flame on my right ankle. I was young and drunk, but its really well done and I like it a lot. I’ll always be a Leo, and leos will always be fire signs, so I would never have reason to change it. Also, its not an area that will grow too much if I gain weight and it will never sag. I was drunk but nor stupid. I prolly wouldn’t have gotten it If I hadnt been drinking, but I did think it out pretty well.
I also have a small blue Roman numeral 4 on the inside of my left wrist. My two sisters also have it and when my brother turns 18 he swears he’ll get it somewhere too. All three of us girls got it together so its special, and there are 4 of us so it means something.
