Fab Freebie: The Devil’s In The Details

***This giveaway is no longer accepting entries – scroll down to see who won!***

Thanks to the devilish randomization that is random.org, our two winners are… Steph (who was just talking to a colleague about the two tattoos she has…for now) and Alason (who’s thinks her little butterfly tattoo on her back makes people assume she’s a bad girl). Congrats ladies!

Since you guys seemed to enjoy last week’s spring cleaning related giveaway, how about another? Your house can’t possibly be all cleaned up yet can it? This one comes from the folks over at Dirt Devil who are gonna hook two of you up with a tattoo. But you’re not going to disappoint the parental units in this case. The Tattoo is a light-but-powerful canister vacuum that boasts an ornate “tattoo” design on its body, comes in four devilish hues, and includes cool details like an automatic cord rewind feature. You know, so you can suck with style.

Dirt Devil Tattoo

  • PRIZE: A Dirt Devil Fantasy Tattoo series canister vacuum in any color
  • TO ENTER: Comment on this post with the words “TATTOO ME!” and…
  • BONUS QUESTION: … dish about what tattoo(s) you have, wish you had, wish you didn’t have, or never ever wanted (feel free to share the where and the why too if you’d like).
  • GIVEAWAY CLOSES: Wednesday, April 6th at 8pm EST
  • NUMBER OF WINNERS: Two
  • PRIZE SHIPS: The United States and Canada
  • USUAL STUFF: One entry per e-mail address is permitted. The winners will be selected using random.org and announced on Thursday as an update to this post. That’s right, come right back here on Thursday morning for the announcement of our winners. Good luck…

Note: We weren’t paid or perk’d for hosting this giveaway, we just like rewarding our lovely readers! See our Giveaway FAQs page for more info. Pics from Dirt Devil.

TATTOO ME! Three tattoos here all of which I could live without but at the same time I don’t really mind having them either. My fav is cursive saying “Whisper Words of Wisdom”. <3 the beatles. Which is also why my son happens to be named Lennon. What can I say? I'm committed!

I don’t have any tattoos. I often think about getting one, but there hasn’t been anything that I’ve loved long enough to put on my body permanently!

TATTOO MEE! :) I don’t have one, but often have thought about getting a permanent henna design on my right wrist! When in India last October, I had some of the orphan girls who I was spending time with put henna on my right hand and foot. It is SO gorgeous and I’d love to have something permanent to remind myself daily of the experience I had while in India!

    “TATTOO ME!” and…
I don’t have any tattoos, because I turn white as a ghost and get shaky at the sight of needles. My brother has a cool one of the Southern Cross on his forearm, and my boyfriend has his name in Japanese characters on his arm in a brush stroke style. I used to tease him that it said ‘cheap but good’ or some other assinine fortune cookie saying on it, but a few years ago when we were on vacation, a random guy walking by read his name off his arm, so I guess its actually legit.

    TATTOO ME!!!

I have a tattoo on my lower back that matches my husband’s tattoo on his arm. It’s a celtic knot with two hearts in the middle. He calls it an infinite heart.

I plan on getting another tattoo soon in memory of my daddy who passed away from liver cancer last August. It’ll be a heart with the words ‘Daddy’s Girl, 1952-2010’ in it.

TATTOO ME! I’m a bit too scared that I’ll eventually hate my tattoo to actually go get one; I remind myself that I liked Barney FOREVER when I was 5 and liked the Backstreet boys FOREVER when I was 12 and thought the peace sign was the coolest thing ever FOREVER when I was 17, and I was going to love my boyfriend FOREVER when I was 18 and stay with my husband FOREVER before I got divorced. I guess I’ll love my mom forever. If I got the chance to have consequence-free tattooing, I’d go ahead and get a silhouette of a cat on my ankle. I like cats. FOREVER!

    TATTOO ME!!! :)

I have a small tattoo on my right foot of the Jesus fish. My best friend and I got them together so that now matter how far apart life took us we would always have a small reminder of where we came from and that distance can never get in the way of friendship. Its not a very large tattoo (about the size of a half dollar) but every time I look down and see it, it makes me smile. :)

Tattoo me!! I have a large tattoo on my back and I don’t regret a thing about it, it reminds me of who I was when I got it and who I really am, sometimes our true selves get eaten up by our professional lives in that we always have to look and act a certain way in society. My tattoo reminds me of the care free rock and roll girl I was as a teen and reminds me that I can still rock out in my cubicle– with headphones of course : )

What I’d really love is to get my maiden name in script somewhere small and hidden, just to show to me and to anyone who sees it that identity & that name is still with me forever.
