It’s difficult to pick one designer or icon from the mid century era, but as much as I love furniture, I am a sucker for textiles and lighting. So I’ll have to say Pucci for his amazing psychedelic swirling patterns, and Panton for his bold geometric textiles (not to mention amazing lamps! and S chairs!), and then definitely the art of Warhol and Peter Max for the color. I’m a sucker for Trina Turk now because I think her textiles really capture that era, too. Love-love-love her designs.
