In all honesty, the things that come out of Herman Miller have always made me really happy (that and rustic pieces made by people I know). My fiance and I went to a Herman Miller retrospective at the Austin Museum of Art. It was wonderful.

Many years ago my husband and I visted the American Visionary Arts Museum in Baltimore and I fell in love with Dalton Ghetti’s sculptures. The precision he has to carve such detailed things out of just a tip of a pencil is amazing.
