My husband and I are mid-century modern movement fans. We have been searching for an MCM home for over a year now, to no avail, however we have been slowly filling up our basement with vintage MCM furniture for when we do!
Our favorite furniture designers are Ray & Charles Eames because of the simple, classic pieces they designed so long ago that are iconic to this day. Call us dorky, but we actually named our firstborn Eames and we love that he has a unique first name.

MILLER ME!!! I volunteered in a tiny museum dedicated to the work of Frank Lloyd Wright’s sculptor and friend Richard Bock. But there were also quite a few FLW pieces in the collection. Since I got to work so closely with them, I’ve been kind of obsessed with FLW ever since. In more recent years I’ve become interested in Charles and Ray Eames and other mid century designers.
