I’ve always loved the forms of Frank Lloyd Wright (I built lego versions of his buildings, way way before they made kits. Taliesin in red, yellow, and blue, kinda awesome).
But for furniture you actually can and want to use? Eames!

I had the fortunate chance to learn about Georgia O’Keefe when I was in elementary school (gotta love enrichment programs in the NJ public school system) and I have been inspired by and in love with her work ever since. From a furniture design standpoint, I saved up for 10+ years and finally last year bought a Womb Chair (and ottoman!) designed by Mies van der Rohe that I L.O.V.E. … I even referred to it as a new addition to our family via a Facebook picture (which some people thought was weird — obviously those I’m not close with). :)
