My favorite is one I took of one of my 3-year-old twin nieces. She has hair so curly it makes Shirley Temple’s look wavy. And with every dramatic head shake she does her curls just flop everywhere. It’s hysterical and the photo just makes me laugh! Plus her smile in it is so goofy. Love those kids!

Pop Me, please! My fav pic this summer is my four year old Charlie emerging from the water in the pool surrounded by beautiful ripples. I love it because it shows his love of swimming – in March of this year, the same boy cried through each session of his swim lessons. I love the visual reminder of his growth, and love that he shares my love of swimming!

My favorite picture was just taken recently. It’s a cell phone picture of my husband, daughter, and myself right before we sent him off for his deployment. It’s blurry, my eyes are puffy and red from crying and my daughter isn’t even looking at the camera. But it’s perfect.
