I bet most of you guys spent a fair amount of time in the kitchen over the last few days, and if it had you yearning to make some changes in there, you’ve stumbled onto the right giveaway. Just pick your favorite between 10 pairs of photos and get ready for your diagnosis. The site was crashed so I couldn’t be diagnosed with a ‘style’ which is a shame! It’s hard though because I love the clean lines and pops of color of a more contemporary style, while still loving dark wood and ornate cabinetry. We are in the process of buying our first house, so this would be pretty AWESOME!

CULTIVATE ME! Transitional–which is accurate, but new for me. As I get older, I find myself moving away from the contemporary/modern aesthetic and looking for some of the warmth of a blend of modern and traditional–with some pops of color for good measure.

Cultivate me! I’m Transitional. I got a new kitchen with my house, but its cherry cabinets, granite like you took out of your kitchen and tan travertine tile. I’d love some white cabinets and some Carrera marble backsplash. So maybe one day I will transition.

My result was transitional, and I actually think I have YHL to thank- I was always very traditional with my designs, but you guys have opened me up to appreciate new things, such as clean lines, and more modern color choices. By combining those with other elements I love, like nods to the past and rustic elements, you helped me find my own style- thank you! :)
