Maxx and Marshalls, here to help us kick off the whole holiday shopping scene by handing over two $50 gift cards that can be spent on gifts, festive seasonal decor, or whatever else tickles your fancy.
We’ve always loved snagging cheap finds for our house at both stores – like the nailhead trimmed ottoman in our bedroom (from T.J. Maxx) and just about every pillow in our den (from Marshalls).

I don’t have anything I really need – I have mostly some cozy cute sweaters, yoga/pilates equipment, and accessories for my car on my list.
I’m excited to give my brother’s girlfriend a cute jeweled suede belt from J. Crew. I just met her a few weeks ago and it will be the first Christmas she’s spent with our family. I hope the gift makes a good impression, because I like her!
