Summer Lovin’
**Psst- We know most Fridays we just post once, but every month on sponsor shout out day we double up. So we’ll be back in a few hours with a post that you can actually get a sneak preview of in two of the squares below (along with a hint about Monday’s giveaway).
It’s time for our monthly showing of thanks to our sponsors (the folks who help make the other 30+ posts possible) and since summertime is soon coming to a close, we’re using this month’s roundup to squeeze a few more sunny drops out of the season. As usual, they’re not items we’ve been gifted (here’s our no-swag policy) but we did round up a bunch of special discounts for you guys at the bottom. So feel free to soak them up, along with these items we’re loving:

So cute! Just bought one in the Aquamarine…. They are pretty big too!
All are such pretty colours and although I do love me some summer time ;-) I can’t wait to see what you guys have planned for fall.
I totally thought the orange spiral anchors were earrings. Clearly, it’s Friday.
Hahaha, now I want orange spiral earrings.

just fell in LOVE with Shades of Light because of that rug!!!
Ordering one asap!
I love all the sunny happy colors!
Oh how I wish I could find nice rugs online in Australia like that one from Shades of Light!
Yes me too…if anyone knows of anywhere in Australia please post a link.
Thanks for the great discounts, guys!
I also really appreciate how you pick out something from each sponsor every month to highlight. Makes me want to read the sponsor posts!
Not really post related but a question for you guys..
I’m from Fredericksburg and I’ll be heading down your way to VCU for a doctor’s appointment today. I know the area fairly well but not all too familiar with places to eat. I’m looking for somewhere casual and delicious to have a late lunch/early dinner with my family. We’ll have two 5 year olds with us so kid friendly is a must.
All suggestions are welcome. We’re not picky eaters at all. lol.
Thanks!
Ooh Bottoms Up! We love that place- and it’s great for kids. It’s in Shockoe Bottom if that helps.

So many pretty things! Do you know what the collander at Jilly’s Happy Home is made of? Is it melamine (no dishwasher) or another plastic? Thanks!
It says “dishwasher safe” if that helps! Not sure of the actual material. Maybe try contacting them?

I love these. Virtual shopping spree!
I love that you guys don’t just do a sponsor shout out like HEY here is who pays our bills…click on them.
You take the time to pick out something you like and show it to all of us. You must love your sponsors huh :)
What a good way to showcase why they are so awesome.
Can’t wait for the afternoon post, and I love your instagram of Clara feeding Burger…that kid is awesome.
Aw thanks Christina! We are forever indebted to our sponsors who make this whole thing possible and to you guys for reading. Seriously, it’s a lovefest every day.

I’m way too excited to the Farmville post!
This post reminded me that I should stalk The Tile Shop and look at pretty pretty tile.
I dream of one day redoing my half bath and I’d love some penny or hex tile for the floor. So I look at the pretty tiles and daydream.
If I do that however, I will totally just sit in there and pet the tile…
Haha, that’s a totally normal reaction. I’m talking from firsthand experience here, haha.

Another awesome roundup of course! And since we are adding a bath in the basement, a $1600 bath upgrade would compensate for the crumy plumber we were dealing with who left ours half done!! No fun, but ill keep my toes crossed to win next week:) have a great weekend YHL!!
I just pre-ordered my book… yay! This Friday just got better! Any chance y’all will have a book tour stop near Austin, TX? :)
Aw, we’d love to stop in Austin! Fingers crossed!

I don’t see a discount code for Nella Designs, but if you buy something on their site – once you’ve clicked through to make your purchase it gives the discount code YHL10. Thought you might like to know so that your readers can enter the code BEFORE they finish making the purchase to take advantage of the 10% off. Thanks!
I can’t wait for my Sunshine print to arrive. It’s going to look awesome in my newly remodeled kitchen.
Cheers – Kierstin
Thanks! Just updated the post and our sidebar:)

Elizabeth Allan at Nella honored the 10% code even after I made the purchase. Sweet!

I ordered a couple of items from One Canoe Two and was shocked with how quicky we received it! I ordered it on Saturday and it was here by Monday! We got the TN print for my sister-in-law as a wedding shower gift (she recently moved to NYC) & the “Go Outside & Play” print for one of the girls’ rooms (can’t decide which one yet). They look great! Thanks fo the link/recommendation :)
Aw, so glad!
