I love artichokes, especially with a spicy cajun-inspired dipping sauce. I like most veggies really, but I draw the line at mushrooms. Fungus belongs in the forest.

Brussel sprouts might be my favorite veggie!! My dad has always made them and they remind me of home.
Artichoke me! I love making kale chips – just wash your kale, put a little olive oil on it, sprinkle some sea salt and bake at 350 for 10 min!
