Sherry actually bought me one last Christmas to celebrate being at our new address, and it certainly made writing and addressing thank you cards (and every letter, bill, and card since then) much faster. Upcycled Christmas cards from last year! They actually turned out nicer than the originals. Buy blank note cards & envelopes from Hobby Lobby (100 for $9.99) and cut old Christmas cards to fit, glue on and embellish more if you like but not necessary!

This year we’ll be combining our Christmas card with a birth announcement, since I’m due with our second son on December 18th! I’d like to design it myself, but we’ll see how much time I have to do so. :)
ADDRESS ME! This year, I’ll be moving across the country during the holidays (Christmas Day to be exact), but I’m still planning on eating my fair share of turkey and pie!

We change it up every year. Some years it’s a Thanksgiving greeting, some a New Year’s postcard. We like to make the decision depending on travel and time but are big fans of the handwritten update so they always take a while!

holiday card plans…tomorrow morning attempt to wrangle a toddler and a newborn into some sort of photo….this should have happened weeks ago, but better late than never, right? likely one or both will be crying. neither will be looking at the camera. instead of a scene of holiday tranquility, it will be utter chaos. :)

This is our first year living together, and we’re in our first condo, so my boyfriend and I are going to take a picture in front of our fireplace to make into a card and send out.

We kind of pass on the holiday card writing thing… I will give some to coworkers and my immediately family but nothing too crazy haha. However, I love writing letters and sure do write a lot of bills… these stamps would just make my correspondence that much cooler (and make bill writing a bit easier haha).

This will be me and my husband’s 2nd Christmas as a Mr. & Mrs., so I’ve decided to repeat last years idea of mailing post-card style Chrismas cards with collage pictures of some of our favorites from the year! And of course, a little personal note to each person is always included! Now having this personalized stamp would make this this years cards THAT much cuter! :)
