Fab Freebie: We Need To Address Something
*** This giveaway is no longer accepting entries – see who won below! ***
Sorry for the late winner announcements. Blame the tryptophan. And before we share the name of the winner random.org selected, don’t forget that The Paper Cafe is still offering 15% off discount (details at bottom of this post). But more importantly, our winner is… Maria (who is sending holiday cards with an adorable picture of her 5 month old daughter in it). Congrats!
This week’s prize includes a custom address stamper from The Paper Cafe and Three Designing Women. Sherry actually bought me one last Christmas to celebrate being at our new address, and it certainly made writing and addressing thank you cards (and every letter, bill, and card since then) much faster. But this week’s winner is getting a lot more than just one address stamper, they’ll score a ton of the goodies that you see below (like a custom stamp gift set, a set of 3 monogram stamp designs, 4 additional colored ink pads, as well as a bunch of coordinating gift tags, note cards, and notepads) along with a few goodies that aren’t pictured below, like a custom stamp gift certificate to give a stamp set to someone else (so you can cross stamp them off the ol’ Christmas gift list).

- PRIZE: A gift package from The Paper Cafe and Three Designing Women valued at over $150, including a custom stamp gift set, a custom stamp gift certificate, a set of 3 monogram stamp designs, 4 additional colored ink pads and additional gift tags, note cards and notepads.
- TO ENTER: Comment on this post with the words “ADDRESS ME!” and tell us…
- BONUS QUESTION: …what your holiday card plans are this year? Do you go all out and stage a family photoshoot? Just send out a cute card with a snowflake or a reindeer on it? Type up a newsletter? Send an e-card? Or just pass on the holiday card thing?
- GIVEAWAY CLOSES: Wednesday, November 23rd at 8pm EST or at 10,000 entries (whichever comes first)
- NUMBER OF WINNERS: One
- PRIZE SHIPS: The United States of America (although we do try to wrangle as many international giveaways as possible)
- DISCOUNT: Get 15% off custom stamps, colored ink pads, photo stamps, stamp gift sets, stamp gift certificates, and embossers with the code YHL-15OFF-TDW
- USUAL STUFF: One entry per e-mail address is permitted. The winner will be selected using random.org and announced on Thursday (okay, maybe Friday this week) as an update to this post. That’s right, come right back here on Thursday or Friday for the announcement of our winner. Good luck…
Note: We aren’t paid or perked for hosting these giveaways, we just do ‘em to thank you awesome folks for stopping in. See our Giveaway FAQ page for more info. Pics courtesy of The Paper Cafe and Three Designing Women.

Address ME!
I love holiday cards! Every year we take our photo in the Fall when the leaves are changing, and I have them sent out by Thanksgiving. Not this year. I’m seriously lagging!
ADDRESS ME!!! I love the idea of custom stamps, etc!
ADDRESS ME!! I usually make my christmas cards. Gotta get moving!
ADDRESS ME! I’ll send a photo card with a photo of me and my hubby from earlier in the year. But I’ll need to edit my address list because its getting too long!
Address me!!!
Hopefully we will have the time this year to send cards!
ADDRESS ME!
We usually send out cute photo Christmas cards. It’s fun. :)
ADDRESS ME!!
We have been skipping in recent years, but I’m toying with the idea of starting back up.
ADDRESS ME!
We just bought a house, so our holiday card will serve double duty as a moving announcement! Which reminds me, I really need to get on that!
ADDRESS ME!
ADDRESS ME!
This year we’re probably going to use our fancy professional engagement pics as a holiday card. It’s not weird to send summer pictures as a holiday card, is it? I’m telling myself it’s not!
ADDRESS ME!!
I just got married and want to make our wedding pictures into a beautiful holiday card!
ADDRESS ME!!!
ADDRESS ME!! Usually when it comes to Christmas cards I go with store bought. I used to try to write nice little notes in each card, but that got to be too much so now it’s just a card and our names (plus “Happy Holidays”).
Address me!!!
Card stock and cut outs make for simple, yet handmade (more appreciated) cards. I actually have a lot of fun sitting down and doing them as cookies bake!
ADDRESS ME!
We are hoping to use a funny photo from sometime this year as our holiday card – but we haven’t gotten that far yet. We just moved though – so we need an address stamp!
ADDRESS ME!
When we went to get our passport photos at Walmart last week, we signed up for a free photo shoot so we’ll use that to come up with the perfect Christmas photo pose… the cheesier the better!
ADDRESS ME!
I’ll probably find some cute cards from Target to send out.
ADDRESS ME!
We usually send out a picture and a letter for Christmas. I try to keep it cheap, because we have a lot of people to send to!
ADDRESS ME – We’ve done a family pic every year since our 1st child was born. It’s always casual and we try to keep it simple so the smiles are real!
ADDRESS ME!
Hopefully my new husband and I will get our act together and put a photo card together online to send out….hopefully.
ADDRESS ME!
I haven’t done holiday cards yet…maybe this will be my year to start!
Address me!
traditional holiday card kinda gal. I have already started!!
ADDRESS ME! I always send out a card with a picture of my little one.
ADDRESS ME!
My husband still will not go for a picture of him, the dog and I in matching sweaters for the Christmas Card so I probably will not be sending them this year.
Address me!
Our Christmas cards have been my son with Santa since he year he was born. The first one was just a perfect picture…and it’s been tradition ever since.
Address me! We’re sending out picture Christmas cards. I just ordered them yesterday, so a stamp would be perfect!
ADDRESS ME….!
Since having our son, we always send out a photo card…easy to do and our family and friends love getting an updated pic. This year, we get to add a little something…like a brand new daughter! woo to the hoo! our daughter was just born and I can’t wait to add her sweet little smile to our annual holiday card!
ADDRESS ME!
We do the family photo shoot!
Address me!
We have to get our wedding thank yous out before we send out our Christmas cards!
We have some lovely pictures from our engagement shoot of us playing in the snow that we’re going to get made into postcards to send out.
ADDRESS ME!!!!
The hubs and I always do a elaborate staged photo shoot that is a total spoof/joke! This year involves pant suits, a boufant hair style and our shih tzu in the upper corner ala 1980′s Olan Mills! Should be pretty hilarious!
ADDRESS ME!
We go all out with a staged family photo shoot, which is taking place tomorrow.
ADDRESS ME! I still do it the old fashioned way–hand address about 60 cards to various family members and write individual notes on the inside. No letter, no photo, just a signature and (sometimes) a note!
ADDRESS ME! I generally start my cards right after Thanksgiving. This reminds me that I have to start looking for some cute ones.
ADDRESS ME!
My boyfriend and I just moved in together so the plan is to send out a homemade card with a silly picture of us inside to our families and close friends.
ADDRESS ME!
Every year I custom design a holiday card for our family, and will be doing so again this year. This year’s also serves as our moving announcement, as we’re moving just this week to our new home!
Address me! We just took family pictures yesterday for our Christmas card.
ADDRESS ME! :)
I love sending out Christmas cards. I always switch between making hand made cards, to buying a couple different pack of cards. I toss in my daughter’s school pictures to the Aunts & Uncles. I also love sending a family photo, but that doesn’t happen every year. But when I do, it’s a nice photo where everyone is in the same kind of pants/skirts (jeans, kacki’s or black) & matching shirts (black or white typically).
Address me!
This year I am actually ahead of the game- and I have my Christmas cards ordered! Of course, that means that I will procrastinate to buy stamps or take them to the post office…so they may be late, as usual :)
Address Me!
I make custom cards that reflect our family of 3 cats and one basset hound.
Address me! We usually do a card…that never makes it into the mail on time.
ADDRESS ME!! No card plans this year. Just on gifts :)
Address me! We took Staples up on a “100 free postcards” offer recently. Designed a nice two-sided card, including a recent pic of the fam, and had them printed out and ready to go! Couldn’t be easier!
ADDRESS ME!
We usually have adorable ideas and then end up getting an awful photo and shoving it in some type of template :)
ADDRESS ME! Usually have a photoshoot and send out cards but this year I think we’re passing on the whole christmas card activity..
ADDRESS ME!!! We have 4 kids, and are expected to do the usual family photo so that far away friends and relatives can see them grow. I also keep a photo album of Christmas photos that others have sent to us and my kids love looking back at their friends and family from year’s past.
ADDRESS ME!
I always send our Christmas cards with our yellow lab on it..last year I got a great picture of her in the snow, very festive!
ADDRESS ME! This year we are doing a family photo holiday card. So much easier than handwriting each one!
Address me
ADDRESS ME! I love mail so we try to send a Christmas card to all family and close friends and of course we have to include a cute picture of our 2 little girls (ages 3&1).
ADDRESS ME! I usually just send a heartfelt card to a few friends and family members. Last year we tried to dress up our cats in Target bought costumes, but they were having none of it. We bought Big Al, our 23 lb cat, a dog costume and even that ended up being (sad for many reasons) too small.
